Alger Heights is a small urban neighborhood in Grand Rapids with a population of approximately 4,500. The popularity of this neighborhood as led me to sell over — homes in this area alone. It is in the top 5% for college friendly communities, and has an above-average safety rating. The Alger Heights 5k

Save the date, October 27th 2017, for one of the most exciting annual events in Alger Heights (heck, in all of Grand Rapids). The halloween 5k, organized annually by the Alger Heights Neighborhood Association, has been raising money for organizations year in and year out. The race is a family friend event raising money for well-deserving organizations like the Salvation Army Kroc Center, FitKids360, and Kids’ Food Basket. Over the past four years, over $13,500 has been donated.
